I thought the DV80 works great, much better than the other xhp70 leds. Not only is it brighter, but it seems the driver is more efficient if not the led itself. This stepless adjusting version does not have the convenience of a strobe feature but that's okay, DV70 and DV70B have that and switching between preset high medium and low. I chose the white 6500k, avoid catching a glimpse of it in any reflection or you will have seen the sun. Button is a bit rigid but firm. You cannot use this light full power out of the water or it will burn up the driver board. Good dive light overall.
