Operation:
1.Press the RESET button to clear step number memory, otherwise the pedometer will count steps accumulatively to a maximum of 39999 steps and then return to 0.
2.Press MODE button to transfer and display in trun: Mile>km>calorie(kcal)>Step
3.Default: Stride default is 60cm(24 inch), weight default is 60kg(120 pound). The miles, calories and kilometers have arrows pointing to them in LCD screen, but the step indicator does not.
4.This pedometer counds steps when it vertically move. In case the user are on bus and don't need to count step, they can close or restart the step-counting function by the following operation:
Keep pressing MODE button, and press RESET button for more than three seconds, the step-counting function will be closed. Operating same way to restart counting function.
